How valuable is your psychological wellbeing?

The CBT Assessment – 75 Minutes – £145.00

Please fully read ‘what happens inThe CBT Assessmentsession’ before making your booking. 

If you complete your CBT Assessment there is no obligation to continue or proceed onto the one-to-one therapy – this is entirely your choice and at your discretion.

If you do not want to proceed with one-to-one therapy, we will forward a link to you via SMS with the CBT materials/techniques that we would use in therapy for your specific issue – so that you can use the materials as a Self-help resource. There is no additional costs for these materials, as these are included in your CBT Assessment price. Please verbally request these materials at the end of the assessment.

One-to-One Therapy Session Prices

If you would like to proceed with therapy on a one-to-one basis, then the CBT assessment must have been completed.

Typically a patient going through therapy will have:

–  1 session every 2 weeks – You can speed up the first few sessions, however, the mind re-training and the behaviour re-training sections of the therapy will require a minimum of 2 weeks between sessions.

12-20 session in total – This is the typical time frame of therapy. Sometimes its quicker, but largely depends on the work that someone puts in between sessions, as between sessions tasks & reading will be set specifically for your individual needs.

60 min session – £125.00

Buy CBT Self Help Guides

If you would like support, but dont feel ready for therapy just yet, then we do have an option for you to work on your psychological wellbeing on a self-help basis without having to complete the CBT assessment. We try to make therapy accessible for everyone and do offer you a chance to download our specialised award winning CBT therapy materials. Our CBT guides are easy to understand, talk you through the techniques and strategies, and provide a complete treatment package of helping you to overcome your current issue – all at a fraction of the cost.

More about the self help guides:

– Each self help guide is specifically tailored for each condition – as the CBT techniques and strategies used to work on each condition differ and are condition specific.

– The materials are designed to be worked on in sequence, and are broken down into modules. Typically each set of guides will have between 1-10 modules, and it is advised to work through each module in order, eg. 1 to 10, to get the best results. For best practice, target working on one module every 1-2 weeks, and complete the written work in each module as they are designed to re-train your thinking and behaviours.

– These materials would be the same materials used in therapy, so the only difference is that you will work through them on a self help basis rather than getting the expert guidance and support from our CBT experts as you would do in 1-2-1 therapy sessions.

– Proven to work very effectively and used by 100’s of patients daily.

Payment Methods:

(Session payments will be taken through a secure link provided by PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, the link we send you will give you the option to pay via Debit or Credit card. We will never ask for card details over the phone as its not 100% secure to do so).

Cancellation Policy:

In order to ensure we are able to offer clients appointments and to meet the huge demand for the service, we run a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make your appointment, please Contact Us as soon as possible.

A full charge will be taken for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hour’s notice.
