The CBT Clinic service is located in Nottingham and provides private cognitive behavioral therapy for people experiencing problems mainly in relation to depression & anxiety. We are a small but highly experienced team which consists of Psychologists and CBT Therapy Experts, and we provide the highest quality cognitive behavioral therapy to help our clients overcome the symptoms of Depression or Anxiety by targeting their thoughts and behaviours.

The CBT Clinic works with clients from across the world. Generally, our face-to-face clients come from our local area, which includes West Bridgford, Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Loughborough, Birmingham & East Midlands.
However, due to the fact we are able to offer CBT therapy via FaceTime, Telephone and Skype, our client portfolio includes people from London to Manchester, aswell as the USA.
